An open forum where Pennsylvania state political, law enforcement, healthcare, and medical marijuana leaders meet to discuss the opioid epidemic and the alternative treatment of medical marijuana.
WHY:
Pennsylvania ranks 4th in the U.S. for opioid deaths; claiming 5,260 lives in 2017 and 10+ people each day
